After studying macrobiotics with Annemarie Colbin, the founder of The Natural Gourmet Cookery School, I became a private chef and began importing the world’s finest olive oil directly from a small frantoio in, Liguria, Italy.
It was a game changer in my understanding of nutrition, when I began collaborating with Dean Thomas, an expert in Traditional Chinese Medicine. I already knew the power of Superfoods but working with Dean, I saw it was possible to combine Superfoods with Chinese herbs to create the world’s most powerful health tonics.
